As the owner of structures, SNCF Réseau must check whether they are an obstacle to the ecological continuity of the watercourses they cross.
In addition to the study, the aim is to identify possible development solutions and to complete the development planning according to railway and financial constraints and in line with the territorial strategies of the basin.
Pursuant to the provisions of Article R. 2162-4 of the French Public Procurement Code, the framework agreement is concluded for its entire duration with a maximum value of €250,000 excluding VAT for the parts with price lists
FAR NORTH LOTThe aim is to enable SNCF Réseau to know which crossing structures are effectively impeding the ecological continuity of watercourses. On these structures, development solutions to allow the free movement of fish and sediment transport will have to be proposed and costed (feasibility stage) in order to feed the national program to bring the structures into compliance. An important place will be given to consultation with the actors of the territory (DDT, Water Agencies, OFB, river syndicates) for the sharing of intermediate and final results as well as the development of the provisional planning.
The diagnosis of the structures will be carried out according to the OFB protocol called "Information on Ecological Continuity" (ICE).
