the State instructs airports to implement the human and material resources to meet airport security obligations. In this context, the manager of Pau Pyrénées airport has decided to call on a service provider to carry out these security missions, the terms of execution of which are set out in this contract. In particular, the Contract Provider must strictly meet the following requirements: - compliance with the security regulations of the European, French, prefectural and local Union in force; - rigorous application of the procedures, instructions and instructions of the Manager; - maintaining a level of quality and facilitation for passengers and users of the platform.
As this is the first outsourcing of the security service at Pau Pyrénées airport, SEA Air'Py draws the attention of candidates to the specific legal framework for this staff transfer, which is governed by Article L.1224-1 of the Labour Code and not by the collective agreement for prevention and security companies in its addendum of 28 June 2011.
