As these services are simultaneously the responsibility of the City of Valenciennes, as regards the development of public spaces, and that of the Valenciennes Métropole Agglomeration Community as regards the sanitation and drinking water supply works, an agreement for the transfer of project management relating to the studies and works to be carried out has been concluded.
