Bymiljøetaten [the Agency for Urban Environment] has been commissioned by Miljø-og samferdsel (MOS) [the Department of Environment and Transport] to prepare a project with technical basis and cost estimation in a lifetime perspective for two tunnel concepts (from the environmental impact assessment) at Røa.

The contracting authority shall enter into a contract with a provider of consultancy services for support related to the preliminary project for the preparation of a technical basis, for initiation and implementation of a planning process and for the preparation of a zoning plan for the chosen tunnel concept for the Røa crossing. A new environmental impact assessment shall not be prepared.
