The state capital Magdeburg intends to expand the after-school care centre for the Sudenburg primary school. There are currently 300 after-school care places available. Due to the increasing number of pupils, the primary school will grow up, which will require 370 childcare places from the 2024/25 school year. In 2022, the ES-Bau was carried out in the form of a feasibility study. The resulting preferred variant 3-3 is the basis for the EW construction to be created. A new extension is to be built on the school grounds for the additional childcare places required. In order not to affect the tree population on the primary school grounds, the new building will be positioned in such a way that the partial demolition of the existing latrine building will be necessary. This is to be implemented in connection with the new construction project.

The planning services are commissioned in stages. First, the LPH 3 is retrieved. The commissioning of LPH 4 - 6 depends on the confirmation of the planning results by the city's committees. A claim for further commissioning does not exist in the absence of fulfillment of the condition.
