A tender is issued for project controlling for the large-scale ecological project Magdeburg-Rothensee. In addition to classic controlling services, expert advice, support of soil protection processes and support of the existing groundwater flow and pollutant transport model are also advertised.

Within the scope of the contract, services for project controlling, expert advice, groundwater modelling, data management as well as specialist services to support the LAF as a soil protection authority are to be provided. The services to be provided by a suitable and technically experienced service provider (here: Project Controlling (PC)) are described below. The services also include all ancillary services and other services that are necessary for the fulfillment of the tasks set.

Project controlling provides LAF with comprehensive support in the professional, timely and economical execution of the measures. In the execution of the service, the PC must apply and take into account both technical content and legal, contractual, official, project-specific or other requirements necessary for the proper implementation of measures. The results of the work are presented in the form of statements, test reports, decision papers, etc. documented. The results of the work serve as a basis for the LAF's decision-making. In this respect, all facts relevant to the decision must be named, justified, processed and evaluated with regard to the performance of the task in the work results. As a result, a well-founded proposal for action must be drawn up for all service areas and the processes processed there.
