Description:
Renovation of selected streets in the city of Łódź divided into 11 parts

The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works consisting in the renovation of selected streets located in the City of Łódź in the following locations:

- street Czerwonych Maków on the section from No. 2A towards ul. White roses,

- street Chocianowicka, Łaskowice, Edward Abramowski,

- Dolina Łódki housing estate - renovation ul. Cloud-shaped section from Listopadowa street

To ul. pebbles,

- street Henrykowska,

- street Pomeranian,

- al. Hetmańska,

- street Wojciech Gerson,

- street Gabriela Zapolska,

- street source,

- street foamy,

- street train,

- street Tadeusz Gajcego,

- street Czorsztyńska.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the price forms of parts 1-11 (Forms 2a - 2k) - Volume I of the ToR, in the Technical Specifications of Performance and Acceptance of Construction Works - Volume II of the ToR and in Volume III of the Terms of Reference - Contract act form.

Renovation of the street Czerwonych Maków on the section from No. 2A towards ul. White Roses

1) The subject of the contract is renovation of ul. Czerwonych Maków on the section from No. 2A towards ul. White Roses.

The scope of planned works includes the renovation of a fragment of the road surface, street: Czerwonych Maków (from No. 2A to No. 12) and the connector from ul. Czerwonych Maków to ul. White Roses, including:

1. Corriding in order to make a new road grade;

2. execution of the basic foundation from stone aggregate;

3. laying of temporary pavement made of yomb slabs on sand bed;

4. adjusting the surface of exits to the level of the road being renovated;

5. restoration of greenery after the work has been done.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the Price Form part 1 (Form 2a) - Volume I of the ToR, in the Technical Specifications of Performance and Acceptance of Construction Works - Volume II of the ToR and in Volume III of the ToR - Contract Act Form.

2) The Ordering Party reserves that wherever in the content of the Technical Specifications for the Performance and Acceptance of Construction Works (hereinafter referred to as SIWZ STWiORB), Price forms constituting the description of the subject of the order, the description of this subject includes trademarks, patents or origin, sources or detailed processes which characterize products or services provided by a particular contractor, European standards, technical assessments, technical specification approvals, technical reference systems referred to in art. 30 paragraph 1 point 2 and par. 3 of the Act, the Employer allows methods, materials, devices, systems, technologies, etc. equivalent to those described in the description of the subject of the contract. Equivalent to the contract subject described is understood to be made by any manufacturer while maintaining identical or better technical parameters and performance values, and fully compatible with the rest of the equipment, provided that they meet the same technical properties and that at the stage of the contract they are approved by the Employer . The Employer's decisions in this regard will be based on the requirements formulated in the contract documents, as well as standards and guidelines.

The parameters of the indicated standard specify the minimum technical, operational, operational, quality and functional conditions to be met by the subject of the contract. Indicated trademarks, patents, brands or manufacturer's names or sources or specific processes indicating origin only specify the product class, methods, materials, devices, systems, technologies etc. The offer may include methods, materials, devices, systems, technologies etc. of the other brands and manufacturers, however, with technical, qualitative and functional and functional parameters corresponding to the methods, materials, devices, systems, technologies etc. described in the ToR. In addition, the Employer emphasizes that equivalent methods, materials, devices, systems, technologies, etc. cannot be substitutes for methods, materials, devices, systems, technologies, etc. described in the description of the subject of the contract by means of trademarks, patents, origin, source or detailed process.

3) Employer pursuant to art. 29 paragraph 3a of the PPL Act requires that activities related to the performance of the contract consisting in driving or operating road equipment should be performed by at least 3 people employed by the Contractor or a subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract.

4) Requirements of employment by the Contractor or subcontractor based on the employment contract referred to in Art. 29 paragraph 3a of the Act, persons performing activities within the scope of the contract are specified in item 3 above and in the Contract Act Form.

Surface repair ul. Tadeusz Gajcego with pavements

1) The subject of the contract is the renovation of the surface of ul. Tadeusz Gajcego with pavements.

The scope of planned works includes:

Task 1: The scope of planned works includes renovation of the pavement on ul. Chocianowicka and ul. Laskowice

Task 2: The scope of planned works includes the renovation of a fragment of the pavement surface at the Abramowski passage.

Task 2: al. Hetmańska - bicycle road renovation.

The scope of planned works includes the renovation of the surface of the bicycle road al. Hetman.

Indicated trademarks, patents, brands or manufacturer's names or sources or specific processes indicating origin only specify the product class, methods, materials, devices, systems, technologies etc. The offer may include methods, materials, devices, systems, technologies etc. of the other brands and manufacturers, however, with technical, qualitative and functional and functional parameters corresponding to the methods, materials, devices, systems, technologies etc. described in the ToR. 3) Employer pursuant to art. 29 paragraph 3a of the PPL Act requires that activities related to the performance of the contract consisting in driving or operating road equipment should be performed by at least 3 people employed by the Contractor or a subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract.

4) Requirements of employment by the Contractor or subcontractor based on the employment contract referred to in Art. 29 paragraph 3a of the Act, persons performing activities within the scope of the contract are specified in item 3 above and in the Contract Act Form.

Repair of pavement surfaces ul. foamy

1) The subject of the contract is the renovation of pavement surfaces, ul. Foamy.

Due to the limited number of characters in the announcement form, a detailed description of Part 8 of the subject of the contract is included in point 3.3.8. Volume I of the Terms of Reference, as well as in the Price Form part 8 (Form 2h) - Volume I of the Terms of Reference, in the Technical Specifications of Performance and Acceptance of Construction Works - Volume II of the Terms of Reference and in Volume III of the Terms of Reference - Contract act form.

2) The Ordering Party reserves that wherever in the content of the Technical Specifications for the Performance and Acceptance of Construction Works (hereinafter referred to as SIWZ STWiORB), Price forms constituting the description of the subject of the order, the description of this subject includes trademarks, patents or origin, sources or detailed processes which characterize products or services provided by a particular contractor, European standards, technical assessments, technical specification approvals, technical reference systems referred to in art. 30 paragraph 1 point 2 and par. 3 of the Act, the Employer allows methods, materials, devices, systems, technologies, etc. equivalent to those described in the description of the subject of the contract. Equivalent to the contract subject described is understood to be made by any manufacturer while maintaining identical or better technical parameters and performance values, and fully compatible with the rest of the equipment, provided that they meet the same technical properties and that at the stage of the contract they are approved by the Employer . The Employer's decisions in this regard will be based on the requirements formulated in the contract documents, as well as standards and guidelines.
