Supply of IT infrastructure for the implementation of the virtual desktop environment (VDI). A detailed description of the scope of the contract is included in Annex 6 to the ToR. Description of the contract. The Contractor is obliged to fulfill the contract on the terms and conditions set out in Annex 6 to the ToR (Description of the subject of the contract) and Annex 5 to the ToR (Contract provisions relevant to the parties).

Any names (trademarks) provided by the Employer are illustrative, and their purpose is to specify the expected standard, while the Employer allows submission of equivalent bids in the scope of the prepared description of the subject of the contract.

The object of the contract was determined by indicating objective technical and quality features as well as standards for which the identification of example trademarks is allowed.

Pursuant to the Act of 11.3.2004 on tax on goods and services (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1221, as amended) art. 83, paragraph 1 point 26 lit. and item 1, 2 and 3 of this contract is subject to a VAT rate of 0%. The contracting authority will provide the appropriate certificate from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education with a 0% VAT rate.

7. The Employer informs that the application by the Contractor of a 0% VAT rate - to the above items of the contract - applies only to delivery (after signing the contract) and will be possible only after providing the Contractor with the relevant document with the consent of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. At the bid submission stage, the Contractor is obliged to apply, to individual items of the order specified in the cost estimate table, the VAT rate according to the regulations applicable to the Contractor.
