The service provider will carry out the missions described below in compliance with the NFX 31-620 service standard version of December 2021.

The contract consists of the following 11 missions:

- Mission n°1: Update of the management plan,

- Mission n°2: Pollution management consulting,

- Mission n°3: Development of the "pollution" component of the lot sheets of the urban planner and the project manager,

- Mission n°4: Legal assistance,

- Mission n°5: Carrying out samples, measurements, observations and/or analyses,

- Mission n°6: Assistance for land management on public space development sites,

- Mission n°7: Assistance for land management on block construction sites

- Mission n°8: Analysis of residual health risks,

- Mission n°9: Survey file at the end of the development and construction work,

- Mission n°10: Production of a land monitoring tool at the scale of the ZAC.
