TeeSe Botnia Oy Ab solicites tenders for the leasing service of employee bicycles for the needs of TeeSe Botnia Oy Ab and its owner communities. The service to be procured shall enable the personnel of the entities committed to the procurement to take advantage of the employee bicycle benefit in accordance with this invitation to tender and its appendices. The leasing service includes leasing financing and the management of the company bike service as a whole.

One (1) service provider will be selected as the contract partner for an open-ended contract period, and the goal for the contract period is to start on 1.8.2023.

The target of the acquisition is teeSe Botnia Oy Ab, a leasing service for employee bicycles, and its owner communities. The service to be procured shall enable the personnel of the entities committed to the procurement to take advantage of the employee bicycle benefit in accordance with this invitation to tender and its appendices. The leasing service includes leasing financing and the management of the company bike service as a whole as set out in the tender documents.

The City of Vaasa and the Vaasa Region Arenas Joint Municipal Authority have committed to the acquisition in advance.

At the time of the tendering process, the City of Vaasa has approximately 3400 employees and the Vaasa Region Arenas joint municipal authority has 26 employees.

The agreement is scheduled to start at the beginning of August 2023. One service provider is selected as the contractual partner.

The contracting entity and the subscribers do not commit to any procurement amount.
