Provision of technical support and comprehensive maintenance of all equipment, auxiliary means and systems, both existing and newly implemented, associated with the RESGAL, guaranteeing all current functionalities and features, with the exception of the energy and network systems.

The contract also includes the renewal of equipment and the updating of software, including the provision of warranty and maintenance.

Due to the nature and evolution of the network systems and infrastructure that are the subject of this specification, it is foreseen, throughout the evolution of the contract, the possible need to carry out a series of works consisting of the adaptation of the systems, infrastructure, the implementation of new functionalities and even extension and improvement of coverage.
