APRR and CEVM wish to purchase a trailer equipped with a snow plow for clearing snow from 3.5 m to 7 m wide and spreading devices for spreading fluxes on 3 lanes with a single driver. The device will have to allow an optimal loading capacity in fondants. This consultation involves the design, manufacture and supply of adaptable snow plowing equipment for the APRR and the CEVM heavy goods vehicles.

The purpose of this consultation is the design, manufacture and supply of ESH (Winter Service Machinery) trailers equipped with snow plows, hoppers and tanks, and adjustable spreading devices on heavy goods vehicles. It is conducted with a view to concluding a framework agreement with one-off purchase orders with no minimum or maximum amount or quantity.
