Market consisting of two lots:Lot 1: The supply of foodstuffs for the preparation of meals for children in public kindergartens and elementary schools by the central kitchen, as of 1 April 2022.All orders correspond to the preparation of approximately 600 meals per school day and 160 meals on Wednesdays and short holidays, or approximately 60,000 meals over a school year.Lot 2: Supply (purchase and delivery) of all the foodstuffs and ingredients necessary for the preparation of at least two complete menus per month for approximately 600 children - that is to say 20 menus representing approximately 12,000 meals maximum for the 2022-2023 school year in full from organic farming (labeled Ab)
