2. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of milk and dairy products for 2024 to garrisons administered by the 21st Infantry Division. Tactical Air Base in Świdwin. The subject of the contract is divided into 3 tasks:

a) Task No. 1 – Milk and dairy products Świdwin – in the assortment and quantities specified in the price form – Annex 2a to the SWZ;

b) Task No. 2 – Milk and dairy products Trzebiatów – in the assortment and quantities specified in the price form – Annex 2b to the SWZ;

c) Task No. 3 – Milk and dairy products Mirosławiec – in the assortment and quantities specified in the price form – Annex 2c to the SWZ.
