The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide public passenger transport services in metropolitan France. It concerns the service of the Marseille St Charles - airport line. It only has the departure and arrival stops without intermediate stops, the route of which is mainly motorway with about ten kilometres on reserved lane. The facilities at the terminus in St Charles and at the airport are very well equipped but with strict operating rules. Line 91 has been growing very strongly since 2015 with +35% ridership and since 2019 more than one million passengers carried each year. The seasonality is marked but tends to fade due to the growing and dynamic activity of the airport all year round. There is an average of 130,000 monthly trips from April to November and 80,000 monthly trips from December to March. Changes in offers and permanent or temporary adaptations are very likely, especially during significant events (Olympic Games, World Cup, etc.)
