Information on organic farming for multipliers and other target groups
The purpose of the framework agreement is to provide general consumer information on organic farming and organic food through projects carried out on an individual basis. In consumer media (e.g. internet, print, radio, TV, social media), information on the added value of organic farming and organic food processing with regard to climate, environmental, nature and resource protection and animal husbandry, processing and food quality as well as their significance for regional development must be communicated in an easy-to-understand manner. For this purpose, suitable individual elements must be designed, organized, implemented and documented. For example, press conferences, press events, podcasts, events with bloggers and the creation of flyers can be among such individual elements. In addition, opportunities for a healthy and enjoyable diet with seasonal and regional organic products must be communicated. The information is conveyed, among other things, with the help of the cooking association of the "BIOSpitzenköche". The chefs are used as needed at trade fairs, events and other events. The supervision and selection of new chefs for the cooking association - taking into account diversity and target groups - are further tasks of the contractor.
