Letter services for the Dienststellen_2024 managed by the Internal Service Kassel
The subject of the proceedings is the provision of mail services.
The services include in particular:
• the working day collection of the client's letter from the branches of Deutsche Post AG (mailbox emptying) and delivery to the offices of the OAG, including any properties mentioned above,
• the collection of the letters to be sent from the OAG offices, including any properties mentioned above, on a working day for further processing
• the clearing, transport and delivery of the items of correspondence collected from the OAG offices, including any properties mentioned above (delivery as "E+2", i.e. 95% delivery of the items provided on the 2nd working day following collection)
• the carriage and delivery of letters with large recipient postcodes
• compliance with the standards for quality assurance in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 (or equivalent), for runtime measurement analogously in accordance with DIN EN 13850 (or equivalent) and for environmental management in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14001 (or equivalent).
