As an employer, OZHW wants to offer insurance to all its employees in paid employment through a collective contract. This insurance must provide for a benefit in the event of partial and complete incapacity for work, with which the (sum of the) disability benefit and the abp disability pension are supplemented together to at least 70% of the last earned salary.

The wage bill estimate for 2022 is approximately € 51,000,000 gross for the entire organization of OZHW. In June 2022, the number of employees of OZHW will be 1360 employees / 916 FTE. This wage bill does not yet take into account the employees who are approaching retirement age.
At the time of writing, OZHW has 102 distance interpreters with a total pensionable salary of €3,164,180.
The current absenteeism rate is 5.63% (average over the last 12 months). Of this, the long absence (longer than 43 weeks) amounts to 2.77%.
