The Norwegian Post and Telecommunications Authority (PT) intends to enter into a framework agreement with one service provider for consultany services. The offered consultant shall assist the section for Archive and IT with support and further development of PT's self-developed trade systems that are developed in Jave. Most of PT's trade systems are developed in Java and use the following technologies:

— RichFaces,

— Spring,

— Hibernate,

— GlassFish application server,

— Mule ESB,

— WebServices for communication between applications and ESB,

— Maven.

Basic database competence is also a requirement.

The main assignments for the consultant will be assisting PT's personnel with support and further development of the trade systems including fault finding/correction and general assistance within the trade field.

It is expected that the consultant is present in PT's premises when the assignments shall be carried out. The assistance shall mainly be carried out during normal work hours.
