The subject of the contract is the delivery, assembly and commissioning of mobile rehabilitation robots for the needs of the Natural Therapy Institution of Goczałkowice-Zdrój Health Resort Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Goczałkowice Zdrój as part of a program consisting in supporting the development of innovative solutions for the provision of health care services in the field of retrofitting medical entities with robotic devices for rehabilitation.

The item of the order was divided into two stages.

Stage I: purchase and delivery of robots.

Stage II is the assembly and commissioning of the offered robots and training employees in their use.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract (limit parameters) is attached as Annex 5 to the SWZ.

The scope of the order includes a mobile rehabilitation robot of the upper limb with full equipment of pcs. 1, which is described in detail in Annex 5 to the SWZ.
