Gubener Sozialwerke gGmbH is a municipal company of the city of Guben. It intends to build a nursing care center by rebuilding a listed building ensemble (school campus built in 1951/1952) and by adding a new building with basement.
The ETICS and façade work for the new construction of the nursing centre is hereby put out to tender. The new building is planned in a construction phase (3rd construction phase (BA)).
The 3rd construction phase is included in the 3B72 capacity.
