The purpose of this contract is to respond to requests for training from administrations wishing to train their dependents. In accordance with the code of well-being at work (28.4.2017), book
1) module 1. legal framework relating to the role and status of the person of trust (3 hours minimum);
2) module 2. psychosocial risks at work (3 hours minimum);
3) module 3. psychosocial intervention: interview techniques (6 hours minimum);
4) Module 4. Psychosocial intervention: management of problematic situations (18 hours minimum).
Each training will have a duration of 5 days. Groups will consist of up to 15 people. The contract will comprise at least 1 group and at most 4 groups.
