This consultation concerns a framework agreement for project management with purchase order and subsequent contracts for urban and architectural project management missions for the urban renewal of the Cité Zéphir.

The Framework Agreement is a single-awardee agreement, i.e. there is no competition for purchase orders and subsequent contracts. This framework agreement concerns intellectual services missions that fall into two categories:

- Building: basic missions, complementary missions,

- Public spaces - Infrastructure: basic missions, complementary missions
