Property Jour - Receiving, Assessment and Management

Gothenburg City, Property Office needs a real estate jour for our real estate stock that can receive error notification, assess error notification and fix acute impairments within our real estate stock, around the clock.

The purpose of the contract is to restore impairments to all the technical installations and construction parts that are normally the responsibility of the owner of the property owner

The Real Estate Office intends to sign with a supplier who has an on-call operation at all times of day and who may be able to fix emergency error notifications under their own direction or with UL.

We have about 400 properties where all type of operations are going on. It is residential, storerooms, animal houses and hospitals, commercial properties and many more, see Appendix 04.3 Object description.

UF1 General orientation

The real estate office is the management of the Property Board and employs about 270 employees. The property board is responsible for Gothenburg City's land and housing policy duties.

The responsibility of the Board is in brief that:

create conditions for new housing

land and exploitation activities

buy, sell and lease out land

manage land and buildings

coordinate efforts in the social housing field.

The real estate office needs a real estate jury for our real estate stock that can receive error notification, assess error notification and fix acute impairments within our real estate stock, around the clock.

The purpose of the project is to restore impairments to all the technical installations and construction parts that are normally the responsibility of the property owner. Error notification is made by primarily B's tenants and in case of single cases occur directly by B. The main contact is by telephone, but also other communication routes such as email may be current.

The Real Estate Office intends to sign with a supplier who has an on-call operation at all times of day and who may be able to fix emergency error notifications under their own direction or with UL.

During normal working hours (8- 16:30) there is some readiness under its own direction within the Property Office and there are also needs during weekdays when the Property Office staff is not available or need external assistance. On evenings and weekends there is no readiness in its own direction.

The agreement is estimated that the previous history is worth about 4,400,000 SEK over a period of 4 years.

Specified volumes/factors are estimated only and should not be viewed as guaranteed volumes but they can both increase and decrease in scope. Specified factors/volumes are set for an evaluation purpose only.
