The subject of the contract is to perform a task in the design and build system for projects entitled:

"Expansion of the municipal road No. 103573F in Szprotawa" and "Expansion of the municipal roads No. 005947F, No. 005943F and No. 005935F in Wiechlice"

Stage I:

- extension of ul. B. Kozaka and part of Basztowa Street in (km 2 + 700 - km 2 + 900) in Szprotawa,

- extension of the municipal road No. 005947F - street: Akacjowa in Wiechlice.

The contractor will design, build, supervise the above-mentioned investments free of defects and defects in accordance with the Terms of Reference.

a) Preparation of project documentation in accordance with the scope specified in PFU: construction project, detailed design together with the notification of construction works / obtaining the necessary permit referred to in art. 34 of the Act of 7.7.1994 Construction Law (consolidated version, Journal of Laws of 2016, item 290, 961, 1165, 1250) or decision on the permission to implement a road investment in accordance with the Act of 10.4.2003 on special rules for the preparation and implementation of investments in the field of public roads (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 687, as amended).

If necessary, it is necessary to obtain a decision on the environmental conditions of consent for the implementation of the project issued in accordance with the Act on sharing information on the environment and its protection, public participation in environmental protection and on environmental impact assessments (Journal of Laws No. 199, item 1227 as amended .).

b) Performance of construction works based on the developed project documentation and relevant legal provisions and standards.
