This is the acquisition of Lorrys Automotrice Maintenance Caténaire grande capacitance or LAMC grande capacity to respond to a crisis situation.
In this context, it is requested that a firm quantity of 3 LAMCs be delivered to two areas (Nord Pas de Calais and Auvergne Nivernais) by 1 June 2024 at the latest. As a result, the AMLs will have to be "standard" at the bidder's premises.
This quantity of gear is divided into 2 lots:
Lot 1 = firm quantity of 2 LAMC + 1 LAMC optional – Auvergne-Nivernais delivery
Lot 2 = firm quantity of 1 LAMC + 1 LAMC as an option – delivery Nord Pas de Calais
A bidder will not be able to be awarded both lots

In this context, it is requested that a firm quantity of 2 LAMC be delivered to the Auvergne Nivernais area by the latest deadline of 1 June 2024.
As a result, the AMLs will have to be "standard" at the bidder's premises.
