This open call for tenders follows for lot 5 a declaration without follow-up for the absence of an offer submitted. The procedure is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1º and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the 2019 public procurement code. This consultation will be carried out in application of articles L. 2125-1 1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code relating to framework agreements. It is a single-attribute framework agreement concluded without minimum or maximum.
