Conversion of the building in 2001 in the old barracks into an 11-group daycare center

In order to prepare the building for the use of a KiTa, extensive demolition measures and a large number of new construction measures are necessary.

This concerns lot 13 - ventilation construction work with the following main dimensions:

- approx. 6 air conditioning systems 2 200-7 800 m 3 /H,

- approx. 2 kitchen exhaust hoods including UVC system,

- approx. 780 m 2 Rectangular ventilation duct,

- approx. 1,800 m 2 Rectangular shaped parts,

- approx. 80 fire dampers,

- approx. 1 pc. Fire damper kitchen exhaust air,

- approx. 31 pieces of splitter silencers,

- approx. 200 air outlets,

- approx. 3 pcs. In-roof weather protection grille,

- 1 pc. Fire damper control,

- 1 pc of building automation approx. 350 data points.
