The subject of the contract is the preparation and dispatch of questionnaires, insured letters together with return envelopes (with regard to PEQ-normal and PEQ-birth).

Clients are the AOK Baden Württemberg, the AOK Bayern - The health insurance, the AOK Northwest - The health insurance, the AOK Rhineland-Palatinate / Saarland - The health insurance.

It is estimated that approximately 420,000 to 440,000 per year or 84,000 to 88,000 questionnaires and letters of insured persons to be sent per survey wave, including return envelopes in terms of PEQ-normal, are expected to be available at approx. 72,000 to 76,000 per year respectively. 12,000 to 12,600 questionnaires to be sent per survey wave and insured letters including return envelopes regarding PEQ birth.

The subject of the contract is the technical implementation of the questionnaire acceptance, the electronic data collection, the creation of the dataset with plausibility check and the transmission of the data to the Weisse Listeg GmbH as well as to the respective AOK / client (regarding PEQ-normal and PEQ-birth).

Clients are the AOK Baden Württemberg, the AOK Bayern - The health insurance, the AOK Northwest - The health insurance, The AOK Rhineland-Palatinate / Saarland - The health fund and AOK - The health fund for Lower Saxony.

The number of mailpieces to be accepted in terms of PEQ-normal will be between 216,000 and 226,000 per year and approximately 42,800 to 53,600 questionnaires completed per survey wave. The number of counter-increasing postal items regarding the birth of PEQs will be estimated to be between 18,000 and 18,500 per year and between 3,600 and 3,700 questionnaires each year. By sending out optional reminders, the response will increase by an estimated 5,000 responses per year.
