Extent

Region Västmanland procures the Service in a data center ("Co-Location") at a location within a certain distance from the Region's other data centers to ensure reliable continuity and redundancy for the Region's IT operations. The region has strict requirements for protection, access control and reliability and redundancy of the services that are expected to be used by the Region's IT in the data center. These requirements can be found in the document requirement specification.

Volume data

The total volume of requested goods/services during the current contract period, including any options/s, is estimated to amount to an area in a data center that holds 16+6 racks in accordance with the requirements in the tender specifications.

Extent

Region Västmanland procures the Service in a data center ("Co-Location") at a location within a certain distance from the Region's other data centers to ensure reliable continuity and redundancy for the Region's IT operations. The region has strict requirements for protection, access control and reliability and redundancy of the services that are expected to be used by the Region's IT in the data center. By the Service "Co-Location", the Region means that the Region agreements with the Supplier to use a certain, physically shielded area for IT owned and provided by the Region, and that this IT has access to demanded services, such as redundant diversified power supply, redundant diversified fiber communication provided by the Region to the Region's other data centers. The Region also procures installation support during the Region-led establishment of the Region's IT in the Service. This support consists of collaboration in planning, establishment, verification and documentation of the Service.
