The purpose of this tender is to conclude one framework agreement with the Contractor for the supply of urban tanker sprayers 4x2. The contract term of the Framework Agreement is four (4) years and is tacitly renewed for a maximum of 2 times one year.

It concerns the guaranteed delivery of one (1) tanker sprayer, after awarding the order for delivery will be placed immediately.

In addition, it appears that on the basis of the applicable depreciation periods, during the maximum term of the agreement (6 years), a total of three (3) other vehicles need to be replaced.
