The city of Hoyerswerda is responsible for 4 primary schools, 1 secondary school and 2 grammar schools.

The client intends to award the maintenance, basic and glass cleaning for the aforementioned schools individually, starting from 01.08.2023 to 31.07.2027. Bidders may not receive any, one, several or all contracts.

The content of this tender is the maintenance, basic and glass cleaning in the "primary school "Lindenschule" including sports hall. The requirements for the services to be provided result from the service description, Appendix 1 of the service description as well as the area and service specifications.

Daily maintenance cleaning in the school building and in the gym (except holiday period);

Basic and glass cleaning in the school building and in the gym once a year

Maintenance cleaning: approx. 2,450 m² daily (except holiday period);

Basic cleaning: once a year approx. 2,890 m²;

Glass cleaning: once a year approx. 1,750 m²
