This invitation to tender is intended to cover FMS Wertmanagement AöR (FMS-WM) for legal advice services in tax law in the jurisdictions of Germany, the UK, the USA and Italy. The invitation to tender is issued with the aim of concluding up to three (3) framework agreements with law firms for a term of six (6) years each for FMS-WM.

Legal advice covers in particular, but not exhaustively, the following aspects:

Ongoing legal advice in tax matters of FMS-WM with a focus on the jurisdictions of Germany, UK, USA and Italy, including legal advice in connection with tax audits of FMS-WM (German tax audits with international reach) and advice on transactional restructurings. The services advertised here only include tax law advice and do not include the preparation of tax returns or tax balance sheets. Legal services may include tax advice on all tax-related matters, including restructurings and other transactions, as well as tax-related litigation and administrative proceedings.
