Project management for the replacement new building and the renovation of church school and sparn nest (daycare center) of the city of Germering.

The city of Germering is planning a replacement new building and the renovation of church school and spatzen's nest (day care center).

The property is located in the north of the town of Germering on Kirchenstraße. The existing buildings are successively demolished and replaced by new buildings. There is a feasibility study for the planned procedure which is enclosed with the process documents.

For the project, the city council decided to take sustainability aspects into account during the conception. These are divided into 3 prioritization levels. A summary in key points is included as an attachment.

Project management services are commissioned for the entire project. Initially, only project preparation (level 1) is commissioned. In addition, stages 2 to 4 are expected to be commissioned. There is no entitlement to commissioning all levels. The commissioning takes place directly after the negotiated procedure.

Gross construction costs for the overall construction measure of cost groups 200 to 700 are currently estimated at around €56 million.

Performance level 1 is to be commissioned towards the end of 2021. Construction is expected to start in summer 2022 and completion of the measure in spring 2028.
