Lot nº 1: maintenance of green spaces and sports grounds in the Chevry, Belleville and Abbaye districts.

Lot nº 2: regeneration work on grassed sports grounds.

Each of the lots constitutes a single-beneficiary framework agreement concluded from its notification for a period of one year renewable three times for the same period. Lot 1 has an annual minimum threshold which corresponds to the fixed amount of services and one-off services without a maximum of annual orders. Lot 2 is concluded without a minimum or maximum annual amount. The estimated value of the order form services for lot 2 is 30,000 EUR excluding VAT per year, or 120,000 EUR excluding VAT for four years.
