The subject of the order is the delivery of licenses, license updates and subscription software (Products) and Associated Services, in accordance with the terms of indefinite framework agreements (MBSA and MPSA), carried out throughout the duration of the contract by the Entity with the status of Licensing Solutions Provider (LSP). If equivalent solutions are offered, the subject of the contract should be implemented throughout the duration of the Contract by an entity authorized by the manufacturer to sell equivalent solutions.
