The technology and start-up center Potsdam-Mittelmark GmbH is in accordance with the guideline for the promotion of start-ups and company successions in the state of Brandenburg through qualification and coaching measures of the MASGF and MWE of the state of Brandenburg in the EU funding period 2014-2020 (Start-up Directive) from November 22, 2017 Project promoter for the project “Regional pilot service for the district of Potsdam-Mittelmark”, funded by the European Social Fund and the State of Brandenburg. The period of validity of the directive was extended by decree of the Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs, Health, Women and Family and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy on May 14, 2019, initially until December 31, 2021 and then finally until October 31, 2022. A donation and change notice has been issued. The notice of amendment extends the measure until 31.10.2022.

As a project management agency, TGZ Potsdam-Mittelmark GmbH intends to award contracts for the implementation of development centers, individual specific consulting, qualification and coaching services as well as in-depth knowledge transfer in group coaching sessions in accordance with the aforementioned guideline.

Implementation of development centers (DC)

A development center serves to determine the participants' individual development potential, in particular their skills such as entrepreneurial personality and leadership qualities, as well as the derivation of development measures that are prerequisites for a successful start-up. In addition, start-up ideas are developed and tested in development centers.

For the implementation of these development centers, external service providers are sought who are bound by a framework agreement corresponding to this lot.

Coaching in the spirit of the start-up guidelines offers participants support in clarifying and implementing concrete goals and is a combination of individual specific advice, personal feedback and practice-oriented training.

The provision of individual specific consulting, qualification and coaching services in the pre-start-up phase is based on the individual needs of a participant, which are determined and documented in the start-up schedule. The essential consulting content is therefore defined by the respective requirements for the specific start-up project and differ in their main areas of focus.

For the implementation of these individual specific consulting, qualification and coaching services, several external service providers are sought, who are bound by a framework agreement corresponding to this lot.

As an accompanying measure for participants, the pilot service offers group coaching sessions at various locations in the district of Potsdam-Mittelmark. For reasons of convenience, group coaching sessions can also be offered and conducted as online or hybrid events in coordination with all participants. The aim is for participants to acquire specific, in-depth qualifications relevant to their start-up project. This is intended to make it easier for them to deal with company-related tasks of the future company. Group coaching is preceded by an individual's competence assessment via a needs analysis by the pilot service in order to identify development topics. Group coaching is individually coordinated with the participants for whom the same areas of development are important in their start-up preparation.

In order to conduct group coaching sessions to provide in-depth knowledge of company-relevant topics in the pre-start-up phase, several external service providers are sought who are bound by a framework agreement corresponding to this lot.
