Lot 04 - plastering work, ETICS.

Plastering and ETICS work on 3 existing buildings in Dresden,

- approx. 3 300 m 2 Insulate the facade surface with ETICS including preparatory work, reinforcement and plaster,

- 1 500 m 2 Knock off plaster,

- Combed plaster as decorative elements on approx. 600 m 2 raise,

- make plaster base plates with comb plaster,

- Remove approx. 800 m window sills and make new ones,

- installation of several fire bars,

- Recreate the base including excavation in the base area 600 m 2 ;,

- Prepare balcony insulation for 24 internal balconies,

- Concrete renovation on approx. 40 concrete slats.
