1. The subject of the contract is the performance of the task entitled: "Development and modernization of green areas in the area of Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki" implemented under Measure 2.5 priority axis II of the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020.

2. Revitalization and modernization of green areas in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki should be carried out in 11 locations in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki in terms of creating and renewing green areas along with accompanying infrastructure.

3. The contracting authority allows submission of partial tenders and has divided the contract into 2 separate lots:

Part 1 - Development and modernization of green areas in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki within the conservation protection zone.

Part 2 – Development of green areas in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki.

4. The contractor may submit a tender for any number of lots.

2. Locations of individual areas covered by part 1 - the area of "Solidarity" Square, Warszawska Street, Poniatowski Square, Zakroczymska Street, Centrum Housing Estate

3. The areas covered by the project are located in the urban layout entered in the register of monuments.

4. Revitalization and modernization of green areas in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki should be carried out in the "design and build" system for a project covering 2 locations in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki in terms of creating and renewing green areas with accompanying infrastructure.

Locations of individual areas covered by part 2: recreational area at Staszica Street (Modlin Stary housing estate), area at Dworcowa Street (Modlin Stary housing estate), area at Jana Pawła II Street (Modlin Stary housing estate), area at Przemysłowa Street (Polko housing estate), area at Pileckiego Street, Sadowa Street and Łęczna Street (Osiedle Młodych), Square at 29 Listopada Street (Modlin Twierdza housing estate), the area next to the buildings of 121 Poniatowskiego Street, 122 Poniatowskiego Street, 123 Poniatowskiego Street together with plot 7/1 at Chrzanowskiego/Malewicza Street (Modlin Fortress housing estate), the area at the intersection of Obwodowa Street and 29 Listopada Street (Modlin Fortress), the area at the Nowy Dworski Cultural Center at Paderewskiego Street (Centrum housing estate).

3. Revitalization and modernization of green areas in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki should be carried out for 9 locations in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki in terms of creating and renewing green areas.
