Framework agreement with single-party purchase orders with no minimum and a maximum of €3,500,000 excluding VAT concerning the execution of maintenance services to be carried out on the lifting devices and automatic doors equipping the Habitation Moderne portfolio.

The contract includes:

- Maintenance services

- Supply and installation of parts necessary for maintenance

- The work carried out on Unit Price List

- Carrying out the safety study established by Decree No. 2008-1325 of 15 December 2008 on aircraft requiring it

The nature of the services, the exact description of the works and their technical specifications are indicated in the Special Technical Clauses.

The framework agreement corresponds to an "extended" type contract with monitoring of the expenditure by the project owner.
