The scope of the assignment includes the following:

The supply of library furniture, such as book, newspaper, magazine cabinets, cabinets for sheet music, DVDs, comic books and picture books, info furniture, power displays and seating elements;

Signaling for category / department designation on bookcases and other furniture items.

The assignment is for the new location of the central Library on the Neude in Utrecht.

After awarding the contract, the Contracting Authority wants to conclude a Framework Agreement with one (1) Tenderer for a period of four (4) years.
