General refurbishment and extension of the main building of the Kreisberufsschulzentrum in Schwäbisch Gmünd from 1972.

At the Kreisberufsschulzentrum in Schwäbisch Gmünd a pollutant remediation, general renovation and extension of the main building from 1972 should be carried out. It is a 2-storey school building with a partially built basement and a gross floor area of approximately 25 100 m 2 ,

The general renovation is to be carried out in 4 phases. The plan is to start the general refurbishment in June 2019. The building completion is planned for 2023.

Parallel to the refurbishment of existing buildings, one-storey extensions with a total net floor area of approx. 1,330 m should be built on the north and east sides of the main building on the ground floor 2 to be created.

Shell construction part 3:

- about 60 square meters of demolition work, breakthroughs,

- complete approx. 2 pieces of concrete staircase,

- approx. 100 square meters masonry work lime sandstone,

- approx. 80 sqm brickwork limestone,

- Restore approx. 110 m of drainage inside.
