The Contracting Authority has a need for engineer and architect services that can provide advice on all specialist fields in building and construction, and with particular emphasis on quay structures and harbour related infrastructure design, development, production efficiency and environmentally friendly solutions.
The service will also include engineering design, construction management and any project management as needed.
