Haram kommune [Haram municipality] invites tenderers to participate in a competition for the procurement of project management and associated assignments for the projects:

— New school at Eidet,

— New nursery school for Vatne/Tennfjord (reconstruction of Tennfjord school to a nursery school).

Project management includes:

Phase 1: construction program, tender documentation, draft/preliminary project (preferably carried out in 2 stages) and engaging of contractors, and with an option for;

Phase 2: the implementation phase until completion of the projects.

The services are further described in the requirement specification.

The contract form has not yet been determined, but the plan is to use an interaction contract with early interaction of contractors and consultancy disciplines.
