The contracting and execution of the Early Childhood Education Service in the Center of First Cycle of Early Childhood Education "Ttipi Ttapa" located in Paseo Ibaialde nº 1 and Plaza Idoi nº 4 of Mutilva

The purpose of this specification is to establish the technical requirements that must govern the contracting and execution of the Early Childhood Education Service in the Center of First Cycle of Early Childhood Education "Ttipi Ttapa" of Mutilva. In general, the tasks to be performed are:

1. Direct educational attention to enrolled children.

2. Cleaning of the facilities.

3. Dining service for enrolled children.

4. Administrative management of registrations, issuance and collection of receipts, processing of subsidies with public bodies, presentation of reports to the City Council of the Aranguren Valley and development of the general management of both centers.

The provision of the early childhood education service object of this contract, as far as its economic aspect is concerned, will be subject to the agreement signed between the City Council of the Aranguren Valley and the Department of Education of the Government of Navarra for the financing of the management of the centers of first cycle of infant education of municipal ownership.
