The objective of the Agreement is to cover the Customers' need for procurement of purchasing assistance, in accordance with the requirement specification.

It is voluntary for Customers to utilise the Agreement, but if the Customer shall procure purchasing assistance,

this Agreement must be used with the exception of the annotations to the Agreement, see the Requirement Specification.
