1. The subject of the contract is the construction of a fast tram route from Kasprzaka Street to Wilanów on the section from Niepodległości Avenue to Puławska Street.

2. The subject of the contract is specified in detail in Chapter II of the SWZ.

3. The contracting authority provides for the award of similar contracts referred to in Article 388(2)(c) of the PPL up to the net amount of PLN 5,108,417.03, consisting in the repetition of similar design services or construction works. Any similar contracts will be awarded on terms analogous to those provided for in Chapter III of the SWZ

The subject of the contract includes:

1) development of Design Documentation for the needs of construction works along with obtaining and updating arrangements,

2) preparation of replacement documentation of the Construction Project for the scope of changes within the intersection of Niepodległości and Rakowiecka streets (described in Chapter II of the SWZ), along with obtaining the necessary arrangements and administrative decisions,

3) execution of construction works consisting in the construction of a tram route and reconstruction and extension of the road and track system along Rakowiecka Street (including in the existing tram route in Rakowiecka Street at the height of Opoczyńska Street, junction at the intersection with Niepodległości Avenue and including in the tram route implemented as part of a separate task in the complex of intersections of Puławska Street with Goworka Street and Rakowiecka Street) in accordance with the documentation of the Construction Project and the content of the PFU,

4) preparation of as-built documentation and obtaining a decision on the occupancy permit.
