The client (hereinafter also referred to as gaming authority, Ksa or Contracting Authority) is looking for a contractor who can provide Ksa with services related to the provision of infrastructure services, server capacity and storage management of data, application hosting, the provision of workplace management services, and thereby offers a single point of contact and responsible party. In addition to a single point of contact, important objectives are; a very good security (including continued compliance with current government guidelines and legislation), flexibility in upscaling and downscaling, innovation so that Ksa's infrastructure keeps up with the latest state of the art and good support that is demonstrated by good achieved service levels and good cooperation.
