Description:
Transport of pupils with provided care during transport to educational units in the Wołów Commune in the school year 2022/2023

1. The subject of the contract is the transport of students with provided care during transport to and from educational institutions in the Wołów Commune in the school year 2022/2023. The order provides for the transport of children (transport to schools and kindergartens, as well as transport to the place of residence) and the provision of care in delivery in the school year 2022/2023 on school days. The organization of the school year is regulated by the Regulation of the Minister of National Education of 11 August 2017 on the organization of the school year (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1603, as amended).

2. As part of the performance of the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to perform additional transport up to 400 km per month.

In order to evaluate the tenders, the Contractor should calculate the total value of the offer, taking into account the number of students and the provision of care during deliveries and deliveries on individual routes during the implementation of the subject of the contract and provide the so-called total price "for the service".

4. The actual monthly costs of transporting students will be settled on the basis of monthly tickets purchased by the Ordering Party for each student, taking into account any discounts due to such student, on the terms described below:

1) The Ordering Party reserves the right to introduce on certain days a different timetable than the agreed timetable, after prior notification to the Contractor, with min. 2 days in advance

2) The Ordering Party reserves the right to determine the routes in detail along with the hours of arrival and departure. In a situation where one route will be served by two buses, the Ordering Party reserves the right to set courses at different times in the afternoon. Detailed arrangements will be made by the Directors of educational institutions with the Contractor with the participation of the Ordering Party. The contracting authority provides for two transports from each of the schools,

3) Detailed timetables before the beginning of the school year will be provided by the Contractor to the Ordering Party,

4) A detailed, personal list of students for whom tickets will be purchased (divided into individual educational institutions) will be communicated to the Contractor by the School Heads, before the beginning of each semester,

5) The Ordering Party reserves the right to deviate from the given transport schedule, resulting in particular from changes in lesson plans, number of children, liquidation of schools, change of organization of the school year, working off days off, epidemics, pandemics, natural disasters, etc.,

6) The number of monthly tickets during the school year may change.

7) The list of localities from which pupils should be brought to individual schools and the number of pupils from a given locality is presented in the annex to the SWZ. The number of pupils given in the annex may be increased or decreased during the school year.

8) Settlements between the Parties will be made in monthly cycles and on the basis of a list of monthly tickets.

9) In the case of working school activities on another day off from classes (e.g. holidays, Saturdays, Sundays), the Contractor is obliged to ensure, as part of the tickets, the transport of students in accordance with the timetable previously agreed with the Ordering Party.

10) The Contractor shall ensure the care of students during the transport by providing care for one adult in each means of transport (the driver may not act as a guardian). The number of tutors must be adjusted to the number of courses performed in such a way that there is a tutor in each course performed.

5. Requirements of the Ordering Party regarding the implementation of the subject of the contract:

1) The Contractor is obliged to take care of the technical condition of the vehicles so as to properly implement the subject of the contract.

2) The Contractor shall ensure the safety and reliability of the vehicles and the punctuality of the drivers operating them.

3) Vehicles participating in transport must comply with the general conditions for the carriage of passengers, have valid third party liability and NW insurance policies and current technical inspections.

4) The Contractor shall provide an adequate number of buses, with the necessary number of seats for all passengers, for the proper performance of the subject of the contract.

5) The Contractor will be obliged to adjust the timetable so that children arrive at school in a way that guarantees the punctual start of school classes by children, and the children's departure from the place of residence must take place at the latest possible time.

6) The Contractor bears full responsibility for ensuring safe and hygienic conditions for the transport of children and undertakes to insure passengers against the consequences of accidents and incur the associated costs.
