The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 788, as amended - hereinafter: "the Act on forests") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection , fire protection, logging and skidding, to be carried out in the Barycz Forest District in 2019.
A detailed description of the works (activities) and descriptions of the codes of activities describing individual works (activities) included in the subject of the contract, and a detailed description of the technology of performing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract, together with a description of the rules of the procedure for accepting works, are included respectively in Annexes 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5 to the ToR.
Package I - Korytków forestryA detailed description of the works (activities) and descriptions of the codes of activities describing individual works (activities) included in the subject of the contract, and a detailed description of the technology of performing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract, together with a description of the rules of the procedure for accepting works, are included in Annex 2.1 to the ToR. The material ranges listed in Annex 2.1 to the ToR are estimates.
The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the sum of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, resulting from Annex 2.1 to the ToR.
Package II - Kacprów forestryA detailed description of the works (activities) and descriptions of the codes of activities describing individual works (activities) included in the subject of the contract, and a detailed description of the technology of performing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract, together with a description of the rules of the procedure for accepting works, are included in Annex 2.2 to the ToR. The material ranges listed in Annex 2.2 to the ToR are estimates.
The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the sum of works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, resulting from Annex 2.2 to the ToR.
